A list of potential participants from previous research who have given permission and are willing to be recruited for future studies.

Face-to-face interactions

candidates are recruited on the spot. It is a challenging work, but from our experience, this is the best way to make the candidates feel welcomed and also providing an honest and accurate assessment of their experience and insights.

Social media platforms

using social media platformssuchas Linked-in, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are also viable options for recruiting potential participant. We have experience in recruiting Entrepreneur (Seller/ reseller), influencers/key opinion leaders, executives, and employees.

Snowball sampling

a way of using existing and involved participants to reach out to other potential participants.

The Process

Targeting

 Identify target participants based on segmentation and product/service targets that match the panel criteria.

 Pre-screening for observation and identification of segments and behavior of potential participants.

 Quality control process – checking participant’s articulation and experience

Session Setup

 Once the recruitment process is complete, suitable prospective participants will be invited to a scheduled interview session both online and offline.
